IDeaS与昆明中维翠湖宾馆全面开展收益管理战略合作

IDeaS Revenue Solutions (IDeaS), the leading provider of revenue management software and advisory services, has reached a strategic partnership with Kunming Green Lake Hotel, part of the prestigious Zhongwei Hotels Group. An expansion of the fruitful partnership between IDeaS and Zhongwei Hotels Group, the Kunming Green Lake Hotel will apply IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System (RMS) to optimize its revenue management process and operational standards and enhance profitability.

With nearly 30 years of global experience and over 10 years of serving Chinese clients, IDeaS has become a trusted partner for many international and domestic brands. As the first five-star hotel in Yunnan Province to accommodate foreign guests, Kunming Green Lake Hotel has an excellent reputation, the result of a remarkable 60-year history and a highly experienced management team. As part of the new partnership, IDeaS will help the hotel establish revenue management solutions in line with the hotel’s status and target-market needs, while also optimizing the revenue management culture, standards, and systems and methods toward talent development. To achieve this, IDeaS will implement a progressive training and advisory service program.

To launch this partnership, IDeaS conducted interviews with consultants as well as a deep-data analysis and audit to identify areas for improvement. IDeaS then developed a road map for increased revenue management performance, which includes:

Revenue management opportunity analysis: IDeaS will help the hotel re-establish its pricing system, enhance control over pricing, improve revenue management capabilities and identify potential revenue opportunities. In the interim, IDeaS will provide suggestions for short- and long-term improvements regarding talent development and procedures, and recommend tools for revenue opportunity analysis and evaluation reports.

Revenue management trainings (i.e., the advisory service project): IDeaS’ senior consultants will apply their rich experience to design a training program tailored to Kunming Green Lake Hotel, helping to create a sustainable revenue management culture and develop a revenue management team supported by the entire hotel.

IDeaS G3 RMS: IDeaS will offer advanced market forecast services to the hotel by utilizing the power of state-of-the-art SAS® analytics and its deep understanding and expertise in the hospitality industry. IDeaS G3 RMS, the industry’s most technologically advanced, automated revenue management system, will activate new strategic thinking by the hotel team through detailed reports supported by data, inventory control capabilities and pricing by room category, room nights, etc.

Remote revenue management service: IDeaS will provide the hotel’s revenue management department with daily, weekly and monthly support so they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to execute successful revenue management operations. The service includes RMS remote setup, hotel revenue management performance remote evaluation and revenue management remote coaching.
